You worked hard for the money to buy that detector, some of us saved up for years, and some kept them hidden in the closet from the Mrs even longer, waiting for that day you could take it out without her noticing the new toy "Honey, what's that?".
Protect that investment, @Doc from Doc's Detecting has a fantastic line of custom designed covers for your detectors, wireless receiver modules etc. I've been using Doc's covers for years and in fact, the Garrett Axiom that I purchased last year hasn't seen a touch of dirt on the skid plate yet. I just won't take my gear out without a Doc's cover on it, end of story. Non stop R&D make Doc's covers the best in the business in my opinion, this is evidenced by the investment that he recently made purchasing a 3D scanning and 3D printing system at his location to make them even more custom tailored, ask him to see pictures about the system, it's pretty impressive.
Under development are covers for the Manticore, Equinox 900, Xterra Pro, and the Axiom. Currently he has the ones shown in the attached photos, everything from the Gold Monster, Vanquish, SDC2300, GPZ7000, CTX3030, Equinox, SD/GP/GPX, and GPX6000. See his web site for more information (and more accessories), that's Doc's Detecting.
PS: While you're there, make sure to check out his new Nugget Stalker® Brand LegTec Leg Gaiters. I had a coworker from work get bit on a trail hike a few years back and it was almost $100,000.00 just for the 4 doses of anti-venom (and almost $200,000.00 by the time he was discharged from the hospital). don't take chances with your life, the gold's been there millions of years, it'll wait till you can get your Gaiters!!!
Check out that red one, for the firefighter in your life.
